MR2 EMS Cold Start Injector Manifold Air Temperature (MAT) Plate

The MR2 Cold Start Injector MAT plate eliminates the stock cold start injector and allows the installation of a standard GM MAT sensor in its place. This plate comes with the SDR and Hydra Nemesis 2 plug and play systems and is sold separately to those with other EMS systems. The plate features:

• 3/8" NPT threaded hole

• Bolts to hold plate to intake manifold (NOTE: newer style plates are thinner and use the stock bolts)

• Plug for the hole in the fuel rail left when the cold start injector fuel line is removed

Please be aware of the following when installing the plate:

• The threads are tapered, so the GM MAT sensor will only screw in easily from one direction

• Reuse the stock gasket between the plate and the intake manifold to ensure a proper air-tight seal

• Use teflon tape on the threads of the fuel plug to ensure a leak-proof seal every time
